How saw palmetto works
Saw palmetto, Serenoa repens, is the centre of the formula: 320 mg a day of extract standardised to 45 % fatty acids. That figure is not decorative — it is the amount at which the extract has been studied in lower urinary tract symptoms.
Plenty of prostate products on the Indian market list saw palmetto at 50 or 100 mg. At those amounts the ingredient appears on the label but never reaches the researched dose. We would rather carry fewer actives and give each one its full amount.

What nettle root and pumpkin seed add
240 mg a day of nettle root extract, 4:1, goes with the saw palmetto. The pairing is standard in prostate formulation because the two ingredients work on different parts of the same picture.
The 200 mg of pumpkin seed extract is aimed at the tone of the bladder muscle, which is the part of the problem that reads as “I am not done yet”.
Lycopene, 5 mg a day, is a carotenoid that accumulates in prostate tissue. It is in the formula for that affinity and for its antioxidant role next to vitamins C and E.
When it starts to show
