How to use Adenofrin correctly
Adenofrin is taken as 2 capsules a day, one after breakfast and one after dinner, each with a glass of water. The box of 20 capsules covers the full 10-day course.

1 capsule after dinner. Leave at least an hour before lying down, and hold the same two timings every day.
With water and with food, every time
The capsules are swallowed whole with a glass of water. Do not open or chew them: the shell protects the extracts until they reach the stretch of gut where they are absorbed.
Taking them with a meal is part of the schedule, not a side note. Saw palmetto and pumpkin seed extracts are fat-soluble, and some fat on the plate helps them absorb.
Do not take them with tea, coffee or alcohol. Water, nothing else.
If you miss a dose
Take it as soon as you remember, as long as the next one is more than four hours away. If it is closer, skip the missed capsule and go back to the normal timing.
Do not double up to make up for it. The formula is calculated on 2 capsules a day, and adding a third speeds up nothing.
One missed capsule does not spoil the course. Several in a row do break it, because the schedule works on full days.
When to repeat the course
One box equals one 10-day course. For recent complaints, finishing it once is usually enough.
For a picture that goes back several years, our customers commonly repeat the course after a one-week gap.
