The Adenofrin order form collects two things, your name and your 10-digit mobile number, and both are used to call you back and complete the order.
What we collect and why
Name and mobile number. They are used to call you, confirm the delivery address and pin code, and hand the parcel to the courier.
We collect no payment data at any point, because the order is paid in cash to the courier.
We also log the IP address and the referring page for technical reasons and to filter fraudulent orders.
Retention and sharing
Data is kept as long as the order needs it and as long as the associated legal obligations require.
We share it with the courier company handling the delivery, and only the fields that the delivery needs.
We do not sell data and do not pass it to third parties for advertising.
Your choices
You can ask for access to your data, for a correction, or for its deletion.
Write to customer support with your name and the mobile number used for the order, and we act on the request.
We answer without undue delay.
