Negative reviews: what they say and what we answer
The most frequent complaint is the wait. Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune and Ahmedabad usually get the parcel in 3 or 4 working days, while a tier-3 town or an address in the Northeast can take 7. That is real, and we say it before the customer asks.
The second is the expectation of an overnight result. Adenofrin does not act in 24 hours. It is a health supplement at nutritional amounts: customers who describe a change in night-time sleep place it between day four and day seven, and they are talking about the full 10-day course, not two stray capsules.
The third comes up when somebody has bought a box outside this site. If it did not leave our warehouse, we cannot answer for its contents or its expiry date. That is the reason we sell through one channel only.
The one accusation we do reject is scam. Payment is cash on delivery: money changes hands after the courier has put the box in the customer’s hand. A company that collects nothing before delivery has nothing to disappear with.
