How the chain’s catalogue works
Apollo Pharmacy stocks what its central catalogue carries: brands that have been onboarded, with a supply agreement, purchase orders and a warehouse that feeds the stores. Nothing lands on a shelf outside that route.
We have signed no such agreement with Apollo or with any other chemist chain in India. We keep a single channel: our warehouse to your address.

Why we do not go through a chemist chain
The chain route means a distributor, a chain margin and GST on each step. That path adds 60 % to 120 % over the factory price, and the customer pays it at the counter.
Direct sale keeps the box at ₹2,490. Through a chain the same 20 capsules would sit near ₹4,980.
There is a second reason: traceability. When a box leaves our warehouse we know its batch and its expiry. Across three intermediaries that information thins out.

We cannot answer for the contents or the expiry date of a box that did not come from our warehouse.
