Shipping and returns
Adenofrin ships anywhere in India in 3 to 7 working days, with the courier charge already inside the ₹2,490, and payment happens when the box is handed to you.
Timelines and coverage
Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune and Ahmedabad: 3 to 4 working days from the confirmation call.
Tier-2 and tier-3 towns, hill districts and the Northeast: 5 to 7 working days, depending on the courier’s route.
The parcel leaves our warehouse the same day the address is confirmed, if the call closes before 16:00 IST.
Cost and payment
Shipping sits inside the price. There is no COD charge and no handling fee added at the door.
You pay the courier in cash at delivery. No bank, card or UPI details are asked for during the order.
The courier leaves a delivery receipt once the payment is taken.
Returns
If the box arrives damaged or the seal is broken, refuse it in front of the courier: the parcel goes back at no cost to you.
For anything after that, write to customer support with the batch number printed on the carton.
Opened boxes cannot be returned, since this is a consumable food product.
